（一）周度成交情況
2025年第15周（04.07-04.13），北京商品房成交下滑，商品房銷售面積為13.33萬㎡，環(huán)比下滑；41.6%成交套數(shù)為1600套，環(huán)比下滑33.97%。
其中，商品住宅成交面積10.43萬㎡，環(huán)比下滑27.12%；成交套數(shù)為836套，環(huán)比下滑25.62%。
