In the Baranova neighborhood of Prague, Czechia, there is a meticulously renovated apartment. With its unique interior and exterior decoration and design, it creates a warm and comfortable living space for a family of three, cleverly resolving the challenges posed by limited space.

在捷克布拉格的巴拉諾娃街區，有一座經過精心改造的公寓，它以獨特的室內外裝飾裝修設計，為一家三口打造出溫馨舒適的居住空間，巧妙化解了空間局限帶來的挑戰。

As you step into the apartment, the first thing that catches your eye is the unified and harmonious floor design. The original parquet flooring in the main living area has been carefully restored, with a warm texture. Its natural grain extends seamlessly into the two bedrooms, visually integrating the entire space and creating a sense of continuity and fluidity. The original tiles in the hallway and bathroom, with their unique color tones, complement the new interior elements. They not only show the traces of time but also blend into the modern design style, adding a special charm to the space.

步入公寓，首先映入眼簾的是統一而和諧的地面設計。主起居區的原鑲木地板經過精心修復，質感溫潤，其紋理自然延伸至兩間臥室，使整個空間在視覺上融為一體，營造出連貫、流暢的感覺。而走廊和浴室保留的原始瓷磚，憑借其獨特的色調，與新的室內元素相互映襯，既展現出歲月的痕跡，又融入現代設計風格，為空間增添了一份別樣的韻味。

The core area of the apartment, the main living space, is designed as a multi-functional open - plan area where the kitchen, dining area, and living room are ingeniously combined. The kitchen is arranged along the wall, and its layout continues the original structure after minor adjustments. The custom - made concrete countertop and sink, crafted by Burning Vibe, feature a rough texture and modern minimalist styling. They are not only sturdy and durable but also inject a tough industrial - style atmosphere into the space. Paired with the Valchromat cabinet doors, their warm color and delicate texture neutralize the coldness of the concrete, creating a warm cooking atmosphere.

公寓的核心區域 —— 主起居空間，被設計成一個多功能的開放式空間，廚房、餐廳和客廳在這里巧妙融合。廚房沿墻而設，布局在微調后延續了原始架構。定制的混凝土臺面與水槽，由 Burning Vibe 打造，其粗糙質感與現代簡約造型相得益彰，不僅堅固耐用，還為空間注入了工業風的硬朗氣息。搭配 Valchromat 材質的櫥柜門，溫潤的色彩和細膩的質感，又中和了混凝土的冷硬，營造出溫馨的烹飪氛圍。

The dining area is located between the kitchen and the living room, naturally becoming the center of the space. An Arigato Pendant 45 chandelier hangs from the ceiling, and its unique shape not only illuminates the space but also becomes the visual focus of the dining area. The living room adjacent to the dining area has a comfortable sofa facing a long bookshelf that combines storage, decoration, and partitioning functions. The bookshelf is made of birch plywood, echoing the natural materials of the overall space. Two openings on the bookshelf lead to the children's room and the master bedroom respectively. A coffee corner is ingeniously embedded in the bookshelf, and the white marble countertop not only provides a practical platform for making coffee but also adds a touch of luxury to the space with its elegant texture.

餐廳位于廚房與客廳之間，自然成為空間的中心。一盞 Arigato Pendant 45 吊燈從天花板垂落，其獨特造型在點亮空間的同時，也成為餐廳的視覺焦點。緊鄰餐廳的客廳，擺放著舒適的沙發，正對著一個集收納、裝飾與分隔功能于一體的長書架。書架由樺木膠合板制成，與整體空間的自然材質相呼應，其上的兩個開口分別通往兒童房和主臥。書架中還巧妙嵌入了咖啡角，白色大理石臺面不僅為沖調咖啡提供了實用的操作平臺，更以其優雅的紋理為空間增添了一份奢華感。

The children's room is connected to the main living area through wide sliding doors, visually expanding the space and making the entire apartment appear more open and transparent. This design allows children to interact with their families while playing and studying, and they can also have a relatively independent space when needed. In the room, sufficient storage space is cleverly integrated into the furniture design to meet the various storage needs of children during their growth.

兒童房通過寬大的滑動門與主起居區相連，在視覺上拓寬了空間，使整個公寓顯得更加開闊通透。這種設計讓孩子們在玩耍、學習時，能夠與家人保持互動，同時又能在需要時擁有相對獨立的空間。房間內，充足的收納空間被巧妙地融入家具設計中，滿足孩子成長過程中的各種收納需求。

The master bedroom is slightly smaller than the children's room, but through ingenious furniture design, the space utilization has reached its maximum. Storage spaces are set under the bed and in the partition wall between the bedrooms, increasing the storage function. In addition, a Ytong masonry wall added between the two bedrooms not only improves the sound insulation effect but also provides a more stable support structure for the built - in cabinets, ensuring the privacy and quietness of living. The Ascoli Swing wall lamp emits a soft light, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere in the bedroom.

主臥雖比兒童房稍小，但通過巧妙的家具設計，空間利用達到了極致。床下和臥室間的隔墻都設置了收納空間，增加了儲物功能。此外，在兩間臥室之間增設的 Ytong 砌體墻，不僅提高了隔音效果，還為嵌入式櫥柜提供了更穩定的支撐結構，保障了居住的私密性和安靜。Ascoli Swing 壁燈散發著柔和的光線，為臥室營造出溫馨寧靜的氛圍。

Technically, the apartment is equipped with a ventilation system with heat recovery. This system is cleverly hidden in the built - in cabinets and ceiling panels, providing sufficient fresh air for the rear bedroom without an exterior - facing window and significantly improving the indoor air quality to ensure a healthy and comfortable living environment.

在技術層面，公寓安裝了帶熱回收功能的通風系統。該系統巧妙地隱藏在嵌入式櫥柜和天花板面板內，為沒有朝外開窗的后臥室提供了充足的新鮮空氣，顯著提升了室內空氣質量，確保居住環境的健康舒適。

From the overall space planning to the decoration of every detail, the renovation of Baranova Apartment showcases a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics. It uses the limited space as a canvas and with clever design strokes, it creates a warm, practical, and personalized home. It has become an excellent example of small - space renovation design, bringing new imaginations about living spaces to people.
