五花肉炒巴浪魚干,下飯絕絕子!的做法
- 食材準(zhǔn)備:
巴浪魚干去頭去內(nèi)臟挑出刺
五花肉切薄片,姜片和蒜片,青蒜蒜白和蒜葉分開
- 鍋里放一點點油,五花肉下鍋煸炒
- 五花肉炒至微黃,下入蒜白、蒜片和姜片爆炒出香味
- 料頭撥到一旁,放入巴浪魚干倆面都煎一會
- 淋入福建老酒增香去腥,一點點生抽,繼續(xù)翻炒入味
