為促進鄉村旅游發展，積極拓寬集體、群眾增收渠道，柴胡店鎮依托劉村村內梨膏加工農戶，由村成立合作社，組織部分農戶進駐劉村梨園內的挹秀園區域，借助該區域的老木屋，建設“共富工坊”。打造了集梨膏古法熬制、梨木雕刻、梨木菌菇、梨文創產品展銷等功能齊全的梨文化體驗園。
