受強冷空氣影響，4月11日至14日，山西迎來一輪大風、沙塵、霜凍天氣，風力強、晝夜溫差大、局地體感寒冷。為保障居民用熱需求，山西大同推遲停暖時間。
山西省大同市渾源縣決定將縣城供暖區域的供暖時間延長5天，從原定的4月10日結束推遲至4月15日。
