當地時間4月13日，烏克蘭總統澤連斯基在社交媒體上表示，俄羅斯對蘇梅市的導彈襲擊目前已造成31人死亡，其中包括2名兒童。 此外，還有80多人受傷，其中包括10名兒童。
13日早些時候，烏克蘭蘇梅市代理市長科布扎爾發文表示，當天俄羅斯使用導彈襲擊了該市，造成多人死傷。目前救援行動仍在繼續。
俄方對此暫無回應。
