蒜苔炒臘肉（美善品版）的做法
- 將臘肉用熱水浸泡2小時后洗凈。
- 放入蒸鍋內中。 將1000克水放入主鍋，架上蒸鍋組，以35分/蒸鍋/速度1蒸煮
- 取出冷卻后切薄片，清空主鍋。自己腌制的臘肉就是香！
- 將切片的臘肉片放入主鍋。
- 以3分/Varoma/速度1烹煮。
- 加入蒜苔、嫩姜、紅甜椒絲和鹽。
