減脂午餐香辣龍利魚的做法
- 龍利魚解凍切小段,料酒生抽胡椒粉抓緊腌制10分鐘左右
- 大蔥斜切段
- 辣椒切碎小米辣切圈,金針菇去根洗干凈瀝水
- 鑄鐵鍋燒熱,噴少許橄欖油,擺入蔥段
- 再依次擺上金針菇和腌好的龍利魚,淋入一小勺水
