- 三文魚冷藏解凍,少許鹽、黑胡椒腌制一晚
- 不粘鍋不用放油,魚皮向下,小火煎3分鐘
- 翻面再煎3分鐘
- 同樣側面3分鐘,煎至每面都金黃即可
