這道涼菜看似簡單也不是誰都能拌的好吃

適量
娃娃菜

生抽
一勺
米醋
一勺
細砂糖
半勺
耗油
1勺
少許
干辣椒

2勺
海蜇拌娃娃菜(簡單好吃)的做法
- 娃娃菜用刀斜著切一刀,這樣片就變薄了
- 豎著切成絲
- 蒜切末
- 海蜇提前浸泡四小時,清水洗干凈,切絲,60度左右熱水燙一下迅速撈出來,過涼水,攥干水分
- 所有調料放一起攪拌均勻
- 娃娃菜絲,調料,海蜇絲翻拌均勻,干辣椒剪段放在上面,植物油加熱至冒煙,澆在干辣椒上,再次拌均勻即可

小貼士
1.可以的白菜也可以是娃娃菜,重點是不能直接切,要斜片一刀
2.耗油是為了更好的掛住調料,不然寡淡不好吃
3.海蜇汆水時間一定不要久,水溫不能超過65°,免得鎖水,這樣的海蜇不腥
