春筍炒小白菜的做法
- 春筍剝去外皮切片,五花肉切片,蔥花,蒜片準備好
- 小白菜掰兩班,清洗干凈瀝水備用
- 鍋內放水,燒開放入春筍片焯水五分鐘撈出過涼水,瀝干水分
- 熱鍋涼油,放五花肉片煸出油,不吃肉可以省略,油要少放一些,五花肉會出油
