鐵棍山藥加上蘋果,2個護脾胃的金疙瘩,組合到一起的效果,是1+1>2的。

【寶寶輔食】山藥蘋果餅的做法
- 新鮮的鐵棍山藥去皮切段扔進蒸鍋里,水開計時,蒸15-20分鐘。蒸的山藥是這樣,用筷子一戳就軟趴趴的就行,搗泥的時候也方便。
- 和面的這幾樣你們就別琢磨替換了,雞蛋、面粉和牛奶,按照比例加進來。
- 給蘋果去皮切絲,不用腌什么的,直接扔進面糊里就行。
- 攪好的面糊是這樣有點稠稠的樣子,一會兒下鍋烙的時候,也會更好成型。
- 還是找一個平底鍋,或者你們用電餅鐺烙也可以,只要噴一點點油,或者你們也可以用融化好的黃油烙,味道會更香一點。
- 在鍋里的蘋果糊盡量給它抹平,撒一小把的芝麻,把提升顏值和味道的任務都完成了。

- 還是小火啊,慢慢的去給小餅烙到定型上色,就可以翻面了。
- 其實這種小餅都是比較好熟的,只要不做得特別厚,基本兩面上色,到這種有點焦黃的樣子,就是熟透了。
- 烙好的小餅取出來切塊裝盤,比連著烙好多張小餅省事兒,吃的時候但也比較方便。
- 剛烙好的山藥蘋果餅是最好吃的時候,山藥的面餅是有點軟軟糯糯的,蛋香味兒也比較足。
里面的蘋果絲還帶點脆脆的感覺,不用額外加糖,吃起來就很清甜。
- 山藥和蘋果這對cp,全年可食!
能把胃哄得暖暖的,比“多喝熱水”實在多了。
