第1次做馬拉糕就成功了,傲嬌
用料
紅糖
100g(喜歡甜的可110g)
白糖
15g(喜歡甜的可30g)
低筋面粉
160克
木薯粉
90克
食用油
10克
酵母
3克
泡打粉
6克
溫水
230克
自制馬拉糕的做法
- 準(zhǔn)備所有材料
- 將白糖,紅糖和溫水混合攪拌融化
- 加入90克木薯粉攪拌均勻。
- 加入160克低筋粉攪拌均勻
- 加入10克食用油攪拌均勻。
- 加入三克酵母粉。
- 加入6克泡打粉攪拌均勻
- 將調(diào)好的馬拉糕漿倒進模具里發(fā)酵,這個配方做12個剛剛好。(現(xiàn)在天冷我是晚上做,然后就讓它放在那里自然發(fā)酵,第2天早上起來蒸剛剛好,天熱的時候建議白天正常發(fā)酵一兩個小時即可蒸)
- 發(fā)酵到兩倍大,上鍋開大火蒸10分鐘再轉(zhuǎn)小火10分鐘
- 20分鐘后關(guān)火再燜5分鐘就可以出鍋了。
