用料
大米
125g
黃豆
37克
花生
25克
蒜頭
1小粒
生姜
2小片
蔥花
適量
鹽巴
適量
自制油餅的做法
- 將黃豆,大米,花生加水浸泡兩小時以上。
- 浸泡好的材料加入蒜頭一小粒,生姜2小片,適量鹽放進(jìn)破壁機(jī)(料理機(jī)都行)磨成漿,注意水的份量剛好沒過食材即可
- 倒出磨好的漿,靜置兩小時后加入蔥花(也可以直接使用,我是覺得這樣放了幾個小時后效果更佳,天熱的話記得放冰箱保鮮層)
- 熱鍋炸油餅,瀝油
- 可以吃了,味道真的很好,孩子們說比店鋪買的還好吃
