重陽米糕的做法
- 大米浸泡一晚后瀝干水份
- 放進破壁機研磨杯8檔打30秒
- 自己打的米粉比買的香很多
- 主配料準備好,將大米粉和糯米粉,白糖粉,以及適量水混合,水一定要慢慢加
- 水加到一抓成團,一捏即碎的狀態就行了(這一步注意不需要加黑芝麻,我是忘了把黑芝麻給倒了一點進去)
- 正確步奏應該糖粉糯米粉大米粉?水混合后過篩一遍讓米糕更松軟(再次提醒不要先加黑芝麻)
- 過篩好的米粉加入適量黑芝麻拌均勻,然后用月餅模具先放入一層米粉

- 中間放適量紅糖粉,葡萄干
- 再蓋上一層米粉
- 壓出形狀,不要太用力,否則米糕會不松軟
- 放進蒸烤箱蒸
- 選擇純蒸模式20分鐘
- 好吃的米糕就做好了
- 紅糖的甜,葡萄干的微酸,融合在米糕里,味道非常不錯
