甌海將新增一所建筑面積3萬平方米現代化小學，位于茶白片區梧田南單元B-09地塊，由甌海中心區建設中心投資。該校設計融合自然文化，設36班，預計新增數千學位，緩解周邊入學壓力。目前項目進入施工準備，預計2025年動工，工期24個月，建成后納入集團化管理。
