當地時間9日，巴西總統盧拉出席在洪都拉斯召開的拉共體峰會時發表講話，稱特朗普"任意征收關稅"會破壞國際經濟穩定，歷史告訴我們， "貿易戰沒有贏家"。
盧拉表示，"地區自治再次受到威脅。恢復舊霸權的企圖正在籠罩著整個地區"，盧拉呼吁拉美各國放下分歧，加強合作。（總臺記者 耿之倩）
