玫瑰花饅頭的做法
- 準備主材料
- 所有材料混合
- 面團成這樣絮狀,就可以下手揉了
- 揉成光滑的面團
- 用壓面機壓成厚度適中的面片(沒有壓面機就用搟面棍)
- 用餃子皮模具印出圓片
- 先做幾個小籠包
- 剛才印完圓片剩下的邊角面團揉一起,分成6份小面團,再用搟面棍搟圓,中間厚旁邊薄,依次疊放在一起
