香迷糊的海腸撈飯的做法
- 準備材料,如圖
記得要先去煮個米飯
- 清洗海腸,要一條條捋干凈,主要是清除內臟,清洗至水變清即為洗干凈
- 洗好的海腸
- 切成基本長度相同的段
- 切好的海腸備用
- 韭菜清洗干凈,切成長度基本相同的段,梗和葉分開裝,因為梗比較難熟

- 處理好的韭菜
- 做料汁:準備一個碗,放入1勺鹽、1勺生粉、2勺生抽,倒入半碗水攪拌均勻,備用
- 所有處理好的材料
- 開始制作
起鍋燒水,水開后放入海腸焯水10秒立即倒出瀝干水
- 焯好水的海腸備用
- 開始爆炒
起鍋燒油,先倒入韭菜梗大火爆炒1分鐘
- 接著倒入韭菜葉一起爆炒30秒
- 待韭菜九成熟時,將調好的料汁攪拌一下,倒入韭菜里,翻炒均勻
- 等到韭菜全熟時
- 倒入海腸
- 大火爆炒10-20秒,即可出鍋
- 炒好的海腸放在米飯上
- 做好啦~
- 開飯!超級好吃~
