豆角春筍燒粉條的做法
- 粉條剪短,溫水泡軟
- 肉絲放黃酒、老抽、生抽、油、一點蛋清抓勻腌制備用
- 豆角洗凈掐頭去尾掰成小段,春筍去皮和老根,焯水去細條
- 鍋熱放油,放入肉絲滑散

- 肉絲炒至變色盛出
- 另起鍋放少許油,加入八角蔥段
- 放豆角,筍絲煸炒,加一點鹽
- 放入炒好的肉絲,加半碗水蓋上鍋蓋燜一會
- 放入粉條,在粉條上淋點老抽,再加半碗上燜燒
- 出鍋前加入蒜末,淋點生抽、蠔油,翻炒均勻
