五花肉

干辣椒

干豆角燒肉的做法
- 準備好所有食材啊。
- 干豆角用熱水泡30-60分鐘。
- 處理好所有食材。
- 鍋里少少油炒香五花肉,把五花肉的油炒出來,炒到邊邊有點金黃。
- 用炒出來的油爆香蒜瓣和干辣椒。
- 把調料和五花肉一起炒香~

- 加一勺醬油。
- 炒出顏色,開始變色了。
- 加一小碗水煮開燉肉。
- 湯汁剩一點點的時候加入干豆角,如果豆角泡的很軟這個時候炒一下收汁調味就可以出鍋了。我的豆角比較干可以繼續煮一下。
- 加了一小碗水繼續煮到收汁。
- 收汁了~
- 調味加點鹽。
