新加坡總理黃循財(cái)4月8日表示，他認(rèn)為美國當(dāng)下的關(guān)稅和貿(mào)易政策并非美國所稱的“改革”，而是在徹底摒棄自己締造的體系，他對(duì)美國深感失望。
特朗普稱要征收“對(duì)等關(guān)稅”，但新加坡對(duì)美國存在貿(mào)易逆差，卻依然被美國征收10%的關(guān)稅。
黃循財(cái)還表示，新加坡將尋找其他合作伙伴，通過其他途徑保持經(jīng)濟(jì)韌性并維持全球多邊體系。
