當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間4月7日，總臺記者獲悉，加拿大總理卡尼稱，他有一項(xiàng)計(jì)劃來支撐加拿大經(jīng)濟(jì)，并表示，美國正因總統(tǒng)特朗普的激進(jìn)關(guān)稅行動(dòng)而陷入衰退，有可能破壞國際貿(mào)易體系。卡尼表示，現(xiàn)在的恐慌完全是由特朗普及其關(guān)稅措施造成，美國經(jīng)濟(jì)衰退的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)“大幅上升”。
卡尼表示，將采取一系列措施應(yīng)對美國的貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)和市場的不確定性，并計(jì)劃與“可靠”伙伴合作迅速實(shí)現(xiàn)貿(mào)易多樣化。（總臺記者 張穎哲）
