葛根姜黃散
葛根30克，片姜黃15克，威靈仙15克
早晚飯后服用各一次 ，一般15天一療程，煎一次喝一次，一共煎兩次。
葛根：解表退熱，生津，透疹，升陽止瀉。用于外感發熱頭痛、高血壓、頸項強痛、口渴、消渴、麻疹不透、熱痢、泄瀉。
片姜黃：破血行氣，通經止痛。用于血滯經閉，行經腹痛，胸脅剌痛，風濕痹痛，肩臂疼痛，跌撲損傷。
威靈仙：祛風濕，通經絡，其作用為鎮痛，能治療四肢關節痛，屈伸不利等癥狀。
