①五花肉1塊
①蒜蓉,2粒
①蠔油1匙,海天黃豆醬1匙,生粉1匙,醬油0.5匙,糖0.5匙,雞粉少許,料酒,花生油適量
②鮮嫩粉葛半條
②鹽
③胡椒粉,剁椒(壇壇香精制剁辣椒),芝麻油適量

- 五花肉去皮,切薄片,加入上面①蒜蓉,蠔油1匙,海天黃豆醬1匙,生粉1匙,醬油0.5匙,糖0.5匙,雞粉少許,料酒,花生油適量,抓拌均勻。
- 清水煮開,放入粉葛片稍微煮一會,白色變半透明色撈起來瀝干水,平鋪在碟子里,上面鋪上腌制好的五花肉,撒胡椒粉和淋少許芝麻油(也可以撒少許椒鹽粉)。
- 大火燒開蒸15分鐘,鋪上剁椒裝飾一下,再蒸1分鐘即可。
- 誘色可餐
- 吃的時候拌均勻一下,粉葛更入味。
