山藥

燕麥美齡粥【曼食慢語】的做法
- 干黃豆泡至少6小時至完全發后,倒入攪拌機,加水榨成豆漿,榨到沒有豆渣的程度就好了
- 將網篩架在一口鍋上,在網篩里鋪上對折過的紗布,將豆漿過濾到鍋中
- 將豆漿小火煮開,山藥放蒸鍋中蒸熟
- 蒸熟的山藥去皮后掰成小塊,放入豆漿中,用勺子把山藥粗粗地碾碎
- 在豆漿中加水,調到你們喜歡的濃稠程度
- 加入即食燕麥片,攪拌均勻,加入冰糖,攪拌至冰糖完全融化
- 關火后稍微燜一會兒,美齡粥就可以吃了
