麻辣干鍋肘子|軟糯干香麻辣過癮的做法
- 1個鹵好的肘子切片(不要太薄)。
- 青椒切滾刀,香菜洗凈備用。
- 萵筍去皮切段,放滾水鍋中加一丟丟油,焯燙一下撈出放涼水中。
- 炒鍋放油燒熱,倒入干辣椒、花椒煸香。
- 放1湯勺麻辣香鍋料炒香。

- 倒入肘子
- 翻炒均勻,倒入生姜粒以及大蒜粒繼續翻炒。
- 淋入生抽,一丟丟老抽,少許清水燜煮3-5分鐘。
- 放瀝干水分的萵筍翻炒一分鐘。
- 倒入青椒
- 放香菜桿翻炒均勻
- 撒芝麻,少許白糖
- 放香菜葉
- 翻炒均勻關火出鍋,盛入大盆中,又香又辣,非常好吃
