李亞平，女，承德市中級人民法院少年審判庭庭長。
深耕法律工作30年。近年來，她堅持立足崗位為未成年人打造一片法律藍天。承辦案件2000余起，收到錦旗、表揚信120余件。創設“1366”工作法，組建“金山晨光”等宣講團開展宣講千余次，最大限度保護未成年人合法權益。獲評河北省“崗位學雷鋒標兵”。
