阿根廷圣馬丁國(guó)立大學(xué)政治與政府學(xué)院國(guó)際關(guān)系系助理教授

索爾·莫拉（Sol Mora）博士是阿根廷圣馬丁國(guó)立大學(xué)政治與政府學(xué)院國(guó)際關(guān)系系助理教授，同時(shí)擔(dān)任阿根廷國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)研究委員會(huì)（CONICET）研究員。她擁有阿根廷拉丁美洲社會(huì)科學(xué)院（FLACSO-Argentina）社會(huì)科學(xué)博士學(xué)位，以及羅薩里奧大學(xué)國(guó)際一體化與合作研究中心（CERIR-UNR）國(guó)際合作與一體化碩士學(xué)位。

她的研究領(lǐng)域涵蓋中國(guó)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目、土地治理、食品體系及社會(huì)環(huán)境動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系。其博士研究聚焦中國(guó)在阿根廷基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的投資融資及土地治理問(wèn)題，深入剖析了阿根廷土地權(quán)力關(guān)系如何影響并塑造中國(guó)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施進(jìn)程，并圍繞這些項(xiàng)目引發(fā)的環(huán)境與糧食安全爭(zhēng)議展開了創(chuàng)新研究。目前，她正拓展研究視角，進(jìn)一步探索中國(guó)投融資對(duì)全球糧食體系的影響機(jī)制，尤其聚焦于中阿關(guān)系。她的研究融合了國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)研究與政治生態(tài)學(xué)等交叉學(xué)科。

索爾·莫拉博士將于2025年4月7日至6月19日在復(fù)旦發(fā)展研究院從事訪問(wèn)研究。

Sol Mora is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at the School of Politics and Government of the National University of San Martin, Argentina (EPyG/ UNSAM) and a Researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council of Argentina (CONICET). She holds a PhD in Social Sciences (FLACSO-Argentina) and a Master’s Degree in International Cooperation and Integration (CERIR-UNR).

Her research interests include China’s infrastructure projects, land governance, food systems and socio-environmental dynamics. Her doctoral research focused on Chinese investments and financing in infrastructure and agriculture in Argentina, and on land governance. In this line, she has studied the power relations around land in Argentina that influence and shape China’s projects. She has also explored the environmental and food security debates surrounding these initiatives. She is currently expanding her research to understand the impact of Chinese investments and finance on the global food system, focusing on China-Argentina relations. Her research lies at the intersection of International Political Economy, Agrarian Studies and Political Ecology.

Dr. Sol Mora will be a visiting researcher at FDDI from April 7 to June 19, 2025.
