4月7日上午，德化縣第十九屆人民代表大會常務委員會舉行第二十三次會議。
會議表決通過了有關人事任免議案，決定接受方俊欽同志辭去德化縣人民政府縣長職務。
會議決定任命吳志樸同志為德化縣人民政府副縣長、代理縣長。
會議還審議通過了其他人事任免議案，向新任命人員頒發《任命書》，并舉行憲法宣誓儀式。
