新京報貝殼財經訊 4月7日，中色股份發布公告稱，其參股公司中國瑞林工程技術股份有限公司（簡稱“中國瑞林”）擬于4月8日在上交所主板上市，發行價格為20.52元/股。截至目前，中色股份持有中國瑞林2070萬股股份，占其首次公開發行前總股本的23%，占其發行后總股本的17.25%。
