緬媒報道，強震后九天時間， 實皆市部分街區(qū)從4月6日晚上開始恢復(fù)電力。
實皆一名地區(qū)民眾稱，我們南達溫街區(qū)4月6日下午6點半左右恢復(fù)電力。據(jù)我們所知，在街區(qū)內(nèi)電力工人的努力維修下，所以才能恢復(fù)這么快。其他與南達溫相鄰的欽素、南多雅、波丹等大部分街區(qū)都還沒有恢復(fù)電力。
近期，實皆市雖然有街區(qū)恢復(fù)電力，但是大部分街區(qū)還未恢復(fù)電力。
