據胖東來商貿集團官方微信公眾號消息，胖東來商貿集團有限公司4月5日晚發布《胖東來關于侵權行為的處理公示（五）》。公示內容顯示，此前發視頻稱“胖東來紅色內褲掉色還過敏”的網紅“兩個小段”將被胖東來起訴，追責不低于100萬元。

Pangdonglai, a prominent Chinese retail chain, has filed a lawsuit against influencer Liang Ge Xiao Duan for alleged defamation, seeking no less than 1 million yuan in damages, according to an official statement released on Friday on the company's WeChat account.

胖東來在公示中表示：“被告在抖音上發表視頻稱在胖東來購買的紅內褲掉色，品質有問題，造成其過敏、接觸性皮炎。其作為自媒體從業者，擁有大量粉絲，其言論引發大量關注，造成了諸多客訴問題、信任問題以及對胖東來和產品品牌的負面評價，上升為社會熱點事件。我方以名譽權侵權為由提起訴訟，追責金額不低于100萬?！?/p>

公示內容顯示，胖東來已繳納訴訟費，正在等待安排開庭。

胖東來表示，對于侵權行為堅決予以抵制，一經發現，會在第一時間進行取證，通過法律途徑追究其侵權責任，并持續對侵權案件的進展情況進行公示。

據此前報道，2月4日，網紅“兩個小段”在抖音發視頻稱，清洗從胖東來購買的紅色內褲發現持續掉色，并在使用后有過敏反應，去醫院就診，還表示胖東來工作人員處理方式不當。

The dispute stems from a video posted on Feb 4 by the influencer on the Chinese social media app Douyin. In the video, the influencer claims that red underwear purchased from Pangdonglai caused an allergic reaction and contact dermatitis due to dye leakage. The video, which accused the retailer of selling defective products and mishandling complaints, went viral, triggering a wave of customer backlash and reputational damage.

同日，胖東來發布情況說明回應稱，已組建專項調查小組，并對此品牌系列產品下架處理，對所有內褲、內衣產品全部進行全面復查。2月6日，胖東來再次發文，承認管理存在問題并致歉，承諾公示調查結果。

2月14日，胖東來發布長達53頁的《關于“紅色內褲掉色、過敏以及部門處理過程”的調查報告》，公布了事件起因、經過、處理方案、整改方案以及商品檢測方案等信息。

《調查報告》稱綜合三家檢測機構檢測結果可以認定，胖東來服裝部銷售的中山市民偉制衣有限公司旗下“富妮來品牌”女士基礎舒適內褲為合格商品。不過依據《胖東來客訴處理標準》，胖東來給予顧客發放500元投訴獎，跟蹤顧客健康恢復狀況并承擔相關醫療費用。

The market immediately pulled the implicated brand underwear from shelves, launched an internal investigation, and apologized for "management failures" on Feb 6. A 53-page report released on Feb 14 confirmed the product met quality standards based on third-party lab tests but offered the customer a 500-yuan compensation and covered medical expenses per company policy.

同時，胖東來在調查報告中提到，該視頻引起的社會關注及影響，涉嫌嚴重侵犯公司名譽權，胖東來法務將堅決依法維權，綜合評估胖東來品牌價值及社會影響力對于嚴重侵權的行為，原則上追責金額不低于100萬元。

The company alleges the influencer's "emotional and factually distorted claims" fueled unwarranted public panic. Court fees have been paid, with a trial date still pending.

3月14日，“兩個小段”發布聲明稱，關于其是“職業打假人”“多次惡意投訴”“偷盜胖東來購物車”等言論純屬編造，并曬出立案告知書，已就被誹謗一事報案?！瓣P于通過不當手段獲取本人個人信息，上門惡意辱罵，恐嚇等行為已嚴重威脅自己和家人的生命安全，影響正常生活，若再有發生將依法追責。”

Liang Ge Xiao Duan on March 14 denied accusations that included being a "professional complainer", sharing a police report for alleged defamation against her. She apologized for "emotional language causing public disruption" but claimed personal safety was threatened by unidentified harassers.

其聲明還稱自己沒有任何運營團隊，相關事件雖是基于事實情況進行表述，但由于自己的表達情緒化，引起負面影響，占用公共資源，對此真誠道歉，以后會更加謹言慎行。
