2025年3月29日，深交所主板上市公司美的集團(000333.SZ)公布了2024年年報，普華永道為其2024年財務(wù)報表簽署了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的無保留意見審計報告。
根據(jù)美的集團2024年年度報告披露，該公司已與普華永道會計師事務(wù)所合作10年。該公司2024年度支付普華永道1,637萬元的審計費用。
同日，美的集團發(fā)布的公告顯示，該公司2025年度擬繼續(xù)聘請普華永道中天為該公司2025年度境內(nèi)外財務(wù)報告審計機構(gòu)及境內(nèi)內(nèi)部控制審計機構(gòu)。
