底面煎得金黃,小盞兒里出汁了,依次翻面,繼續(xù)煎,這時候把口蘑的菌柄也丟進(jìn)鍋里,一邊煎一邊用個剪刀,把口蘑剪兩半;
倒入清水1000克,下入鹽5克、白胡椒粉3克,煮5分鐘;
煮的過程中,切2根小香蔥、2根香菜,大約各20克,出鍋前撒上香蔥、香菜
- 其次把蒸好的米飯,盛到小米飯碗里,倒扣到大海碗或者深盤子里,撒點(diǎn)熟的黑芝麻點(diǎn)綴
- 把口蘑鮮湯盛入米飯周圍,即可食用
