螞蟻上樹——肉沫粉條的做法
- 紅薯粉條提前半天冷水泡軟,或者溫水泡15-20分鐘。
青紅椒切丁,能吃辣就換線椒和小米辣切圈。
準備肉餡,蒜切末。
- 鍋中熱油下入肉沫炒散,隨后加入蒜末和兩勺豆瓣醬炒香,加入一大碗清水;
