美國總統特朗普在社交平臺X上發帖：剛剛與越共中央總書記蘇林通話，極具建設性。他告訴我，只要越美能達成協議，越南愿意將對美關稅降到0。我代表美國感謝他，并表示期待不久的將來正式會面。
