黑龍江省氣象臺4月4日9時20分發布大風、高火險天氣預報： 預計4-5日大興安嶺南部、黑河南部、齊齊哈爾、大慶、綏化、哈爾濱西部將有6～7級陣風，上述地區火險氣象等級為3～4級，其他地區陣風4～5級。請注意野外用火安全。
