其實(shí)吧,還是那個(gè)又懶又饞又偶爾想著減肥的我,偶爾琢磨著做個(gè)相對(duì)健康的零食/早餐~
用料
燕麥片(需要煮的那種版本,我買的農(nóng)科院那個(gè)白的塑料袋包裝的)
200克
健康的油(橄欖油亞麻籽油椰子油之類都沒啥問題)
20克
椰棗
40克,其實(shí)比較隨意
南瓜籽(或其他堅(jiān)果也行)
適量
生巧粉
適量
肉桂粉
適量
黑巧克力塊(我用的瑞士蓮85%黑巧,看個(gè)人口味,加不加都行)
一板
一丟丟,3-5克啥的,不加也行
蜂蜜/煉乳之類甜的
適量,其實(shí)也完全可以不加
自制健康小零食/早餐:燕麥脆片(黑巧椰棗版)的做法
- 椰棗拿一丟丟熱水泡會(huì)兒,然后切成碎丁方便在麥片里搞勻,然后燕麥片+油類+生巧粉+肉桂粉全都拌勻放烤盤就好~
肉桂粉有說抗炎有說引火下行,反正我平常會(huì)常用,不喜歡其實(shí)可以不加,也可以試試
- 烤箱上下火150烤個(gè)25-30分鐘就好,嘗一口略干脆為準(zhǔn),看各家烤箱,基本30分鐘沒啥大問題
- 烤完趁熱把黑巧整塊拌進(jìn)去,熱度其實(shí)可以自然的把黑巧融化了,講究人會(huì)隔水融化啥的,但我懶…等個(gè)三五分鐘就能拌勻讓每塊燕麥都沾滿黑巧
- 冰箱冷凍一會(huì)兒變硬,徒手掰成一塊塊的找個(gè)容器保存冷藏就好…
其實(shí)我還加了點(diǎn)兒阿膠粉在里邊,去年姐姐給的讓我補(bǔ)補(bǔ)身體,但一直覺得自己做阿膠膏挑戰(zhàn)太大,平常放牛奶啥的里邊又總忘,加進(jìn)燕麥片里吃吧~ - m.f8y0noz.cn/article/20250404_03625.shtml
