- 準(zhǔn)備雞翅中,反復(fù)沖洗干凈,正反面分別劃兩刀方便入味兒
- 加入生抽,蠔油
- 加入蜂蜜和適量鹽
- 抓勻腌制一小時(shí)以上,也可以裝入保鮮袋密封冷藏腌制一夜
