據(jù)海關(guān)發(fā)布3月31日消息，27日，經(jīng)南京海關(guān)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品檢測中心鑒定，南京海關(guān)所屬金陵海關(guān)在進(jìn)境郵件中查獲的一批貨物為使用過的舊衣物，屬我國禁止進(jìn)口的洋垃圾。

此前，金陵海關(guān)駐郵局辦事處工作人員在審單時發(fā)現(xiàn)同一收件人一批短期密集進(jìn)境郵件較為異常，共35箱，總重約787千克。

Jinling Customs recently intercepted 787 kilograms of used clothing, classified as prohibited foreign waste, according to China Customs on Monday. The seized items were found in inbound mail parcels and identified as secondhand kimonos with visible signs of contamination. They were discovered during an inspection at Jinling Customs, affiliated with Nanjing Customs.

經(jīng)開箱查驗，這批貨物為舊和服，共840件，顏色、規(guī)格等各不相同，使用痕跡明顯，味道刺鼻，布料上有污漬及霉點。目前，該關(guān)已對這批舊衣物作暫不予放行處理。

Upon inspection, the parcels were found to contain 840 used kimonos exhibiting distinct wear, pungent odors, stains and mold spots. The items were immediately flagged for further analysis, which confirmed their status as banned solid waste.

海關(guān)提醒：廢舊衣物極易攜帶傳染病病原體、病媒生物及各種化學(xué)物質(zhì)等，如流入國內(nèi)市場，將帶來衛(wèi)生安全隱患。根據(jù)《中華人民共和國固體廢物污染環(huán)境防治法》等相關(guān)規(guī)定，對于違法將境外洋垃圾輸入境內(nèi)的，由海關(guān)依法責(zé)令退運并處以罰款。構(gòu)成犯罪的，將依法追究刑事責(zé)任。

Authorities have temporarily withheld the shipment. Under Chinese law, illegally imported foreign waste must be returned to the origin country, with violators facing fines or criminal charges.
