Whether it's day or night, giant pandas live at their own leisurely pace. During the day, they spend about half their time playing and foraging, while the other half is dedicated to finding a comfortable spot for a sweet nap. But what happens when night falls?

在野外，大熊貓并非只在白天活動，夜間同樣會外出覓食。而在圈養環境下，大熊貓在夜間會于室內或室外進行進食、玩耍、睡覺等活動。

In the wild, giant pandas are not solely active during the day; they also venture out to forage at night. In captivity, pandas engage in various activities at night, such as eating, playing, and sleeping, both indoors and outdoors.

由此可見，大熊貓在夜晚并非總是處于睡眠狀態。再者，夜間溫度通常比白天更低，大熊貓喜冷怕熱，所以夜間活動有助于它們避開白天的高溫時段，尤其是在炎熱的夏季。

This means that they are not always in a state of sleep during nighttime. Furthermore, temperatures at night are usually lower than during the day. Since pandas prefer the cold and are sensitive to heat, nighttime activity helps them avoid the high temperatures of the day, especially during the hot summer months.
