3月25日，廣東省統(tǒng)計局發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，1—2月份，全省固定資產(chǎn)投資額同比下降8.4%。
1-2月份，全省房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)投資1201.61億元，同比下降15.8%，降幅比2024年全年收窄2.4個百分點(diǎn)。全省新建商品房銷售面積824萬平方米，同比下降8.6%，降幅比上年全年大幅收窄13.2個百分點(diǎn)。（來源：中房網(wǎng)）
