- 按圖示準備材料
- 先倒入水,然后把剩余材料全部倒入面包機,面粉中間挖個洞把酵母倒入,然后埋起來
- 選擇“發面”程序,總過程需要一小時五分鐘,這時候就可以準備餅皮上的醬料
- 蘑菇、青紅椒切小塊,進烤箱把水分烤干
- 切火腿,蒸熟玉米粒
- 準備黑椒汁和番茄醬,靜候面團發酵完成
- 先把烤箱預熱。在硅膠墊上撒點面粉防粘,取出面團,揉搓排氣,搟面杖搟成十寸大一點的圓形面皮(烤盤是十寸)
- 面餅放入烤盤,用叉子刺洞
- 第一層涂抹黑胡椒汁
- 然后撒上芝士,再分別鋪層各種食材,擠入番茄醬,最后再撒上芝士入烤箱
- 200度,20分鐘,后來發現餅皮不夠焦,家里人愛吃焦的餅皮后來又烤了10分鐘
- 這個是橫截面圖,因為芝士撒得足,一切開芝士就流下來了,餅皮薄餡料真材實料加上芝士多且拉絲,吃得很滿足
