2025年3月27日，聯發科技官方微博發布消息稱，4月11日舉辦的天璣開發者大會2025上，將會推出天璣9400+旗艦芯。
據了解，天璣9400+基于臺積電3nm工藝打造，CPU包括一顆Cortex-X925超大核、三顆Cortex-X4超大核以及四顆Cortex-A720大核，其中X925超大核的主頻高達3.7GHz。
OPPO已經官宣，“輕薄小直屏”Find X8s將全球首發搭載天璣9400+旗艦芯。目前，OPPO Find X8s的GeekBench跑分已被曝光，單核2770分，多核8500分，性能表現不俗。除了Find X8s，vivo X200S、REDMI K80 Ultra等產品也都將搭載天璣9400+。
