安陽一區財政局原局長被敦促投案自首，兩名女性涉嫌窩藏被網上追逃《通告》表明，為依法懲治職務犯罪，在逃人員路慶峰自即日起，向監察機關、公安機關等有關單位、組織自動投案，如實供述自己罪行，可依法從輕或減輕處罰。路慶峰密切關系人王鑫、井和寧因涉嫌窩藏犯罪，已由公安機關網上追逃。
