手指餅干太貴了!自己做點吧!的做法
- 首先準(zhǔn)備好所需食材,裱花袋,烤盤,烤箱預(yù)熱全部準(zhǔn)備好
分離好的蛋黃加入糖備用
- 分離好的蛋清加入糖備用
- 低筋面粉和玉米淀粉過篩拌勻備用
- 蛋黃使用電動打蛋器打發(fā)3分鐘,打發(fā)至體積變大顏色變白,放一旁備用
- 蛋清使用電動打蛋器打發(fā)至硬性發(fā)泡,提起打蛋頭有小彎鉤
- 將打發(fā)好的蛋清挖一半到蛋黃中拌勻
- 拌勻的蛋黃糊倒回蛋清里面拌勻
- 倒入一半的面粉翻拌均勻
- 剩下的面粉倒入翻拌均勻
- 手指餅干面糊制作完成,將面糊裝入裱花袋中
- 均勻的擠入烤盤中,大小長度可根據(jù)自己需求更改
- 送入提前預(yù)熱好的烤箱,上火175度下火175度烘烤25分鐘左右(我使用的是高比克E9)每個人的烤箱不同,烘烤時間溫度僅作為參考!
- 出爐后輕震烤盤,完全放涼后裝入密封袋保存即可!
- 完成!
