近日，石河子大學馬春暉教授、張前兵教授課題組在《Industrial Crops and Products》上發表題為“Long-term effects of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers on rhizosphere physicochemical characteristics and microbial composition in alfalfa”的研究成果。
本研究基于4年的定位試驗，研究了長期施用氮肥和磷肥對紫花苜蓿根際土壤理化性質及微生物群落結構的影響。同時我們在紫花苜蓿田根際土壤篩選出5株根際促生菌并進行盆栽促生效應驗證。研究表明氮肥和磷肥顯著改變了土壤理化性質和細菌群落結構，但對土壤微生物多樣性沒有顯著影響。土壤細菌比真菌對氮肥和磷肥更敏感。應用根際促生菌可以顯著增加苜蓿的地上生物量。
石河子大學動物科技學院研究生魏孔欽為該論文第一作者，動物科技學院馬春暉教授、張前兵教授為該論文的通訊作者。
