特邀嘉賓/Guest Speaker |Anthony J. Nyberg
Anthony J. Nyberg 博士是南卡羅來納大學(xué)達(dá)拉摩爾商學(xué)院的J. Henry Fellers管理學(xué)教授,并擔(dān)任高管繼任研究中心的學(xué)術(shù)主任。他曾任管理學(xué)系主任、美國管理學(xué)會人力資源分會主席,以及戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)會戰(zhàn)略人力資本研究方向的負(fù)責(zé)人。Nyberg教授的研究聚焦于“組織如何通過人才競爭取勝”,尤其是薪酬在吸引、培養(yǎng)和保留人才(包括高管)中的戰(zhàn)略作用。其成果發(fā)表于頂級學(xué)術(shù)期刊,并擔(dān)任《美國管理學(xué)會期刊》副主編。他長期與企業(yè)高管(尤其是CHRO)合作,將學(xué)術(shù)洞察融入商業(yè)實(shí)踐。Nyberg博士曾獲美國管理學(xué)會“早期職業(yè)成就獎(jiǎng)”等多項(xiàng)榮譽(yù),其研究被《哈佛商業(yè)評論》、CNBC和《時(shí)代》雜志等廣泛報(bào)道。他擁有威斯康星大學(xué)麥迪遜分校博士學(xué)位、杜蘭大學(xué)MBA學(xué)位,以及圣約翰學(xué)院的哲學(xué)與數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。在進(jìn)入學(xué)術(shù)界之前,他曾任國際金融服務(wù)公司管理合伙人,并擁有調(diào)解與仲裁資質(zhì)。
Anthony J. Nyberg is the J. Henry Fellers Professor of Management and Faculty Director of the Center for Executive Succession at the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. He previously served as department head of the Management Department and was Chair of the HR Division of the Academy of Management and the Strategic Human Capital track of the Strategic Management Society. Nyberg’s research focuses on how organizations compete through people, particularly the strategic role of pay in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, including top executives. His work appears in leading academic journals, and he served as an associate editor for the Academy of Management Journal. He frequently engages with executives, especially CHROs, bridging academic insights with business practice. He has received multiple awards for research, teaching, and service, including the Academy of Management’s Early Career Achievement Award. His research has been featured in Harvard Business Review, CNBC, and Time Magazine, among others. Nyberg holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, an MBA from Tulane University, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Mathematics from St. John’s College. Before academia, he spent nine years as a managing partner in an international financial services firm and was a licensed mediator and arbitrator.

姜鎧豐,北京大學(xué)講席教授,目前就職于北京大學(xué)光華管理學(xué)院組織與戰(zhàn)略管理系。他博士畢業(yè)于美國羅格斯大學(xué)管理與勞動關(guān)系學(xué)院人力資源與產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)系專業(yè)。曾分別在美國圣母大學(xué)門多薩商學(xué)院和美國俄亥俄州立大學(xué)費(fèi)舍爾商學(xué)院擔(dān)任過助理教授,副教授、教授和杰出教授的職位。他的主要研究興趣是戰(zhàn)略人力資源管理,曾在國際頂級管理學(xué)期刊上發(fā)表過40多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,并主編過兩本英文論文合集,是從事該領(lǐng)域研究的最活躍和被引用最多的學(xué)者之一,他在過去四年(2021-2024)連續(xù)入選斯坦福大學(xué)評選的全球前2%的科學(xué)家名單。2018年他獲得美國管理學(xué)會人力資源分會早期職業(yè)生涯成就獎(jiǎng)。他還在2018和2021年兩次獲得國際勞動和雇傭關(guān)系協(xié)會Luis Aparicio職業(yè)成就榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)。他是Personnel Psychology,Human Resource Management, 以及International Journal of Human Resource Management期刊副主編,并擔(dān)任9個(gè)國際頂級管理學(xué)期刊的編委。他從2021-2027年擔(dān)任美國管理學(xué)會人力資源分會的聯(lián)席主席。2024年獲評美國工業(yè)與組織心理學(xué)會會士。
Kaifeng Jiang is the Peking University Chair Professor of Organization and Strategic Management at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Previously, he served as a Professor of Management and Human Resources at the Fisher College of Business and was a core faculty member of the Translational Data Analytics Institute (TDAI) at The Ohio State University. He has also held positions as an Associate and Assistant Professor of Management and Organization at the Mendoza College of Business, University of Notre Dame, for four years. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University, and both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China. Kaifeng's research focuses on strategic HRM, organizational climate, and work teams. With over 40 articles published in leading management journals, he is among the most productive scholars in the field of strategic HRM in the past decade.
