今日，央行公布最新LPR數(shù)據(jù)。
5年期以上LPR為3.6%，上月為3.6%。1年期LPR為3.1%，上月為3.1%。
值得一提的是，從去年10月起，LPR便一直保持在這個水平，已連續(xù)6個月按兵不動。
目前，廣州首套房主流房貸利率為3%，部分外資銀行能做到2.85%左右。
